BHD. have the full rights to change the content of the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any violation of rules and regulation or these Terms and Conditions, ORP LEGAL SDN. BHD. will take immediate action against the offender(s).

Any access link to third party sites is at your own risk. ORP LEGAL SDN. BHD. will not be involved or has relation to any such website if the user’s content suffers damage or loss due to any connection with the third party sites.

8. Termination
This agreement is effective unless and until either by the client or ORP LEGAL SDN. BHD. Client may terminate this agreement at any time. However, ORP LEGAL SDN. BHD. may also terminate the agreement with the client without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the client who is unable to comply with the terms and conditions.

1. Collected Information
We only collect information that are needed for registration procedure. The information that we gathered are voluntarily provided to us by the client.
2. Personal identification Details
Your personal identification details are used to process your order of the products, customize your profile information, internal usage with legal requirements, update your status of online shopping in our site and also to update our clients with our latest news of update/changes, promotions and events.
3. Confidentiality
Your personal information such as credit card details, bank account numbers are kept secret and confidential with us. We will never share any of your personal details to any third party. Our site do apply appropriate security applications in order to keep all of our client’s information safe at all times.
4. Changes to our Privacy Policy
ORP LEGAL SDN. BHD. have the right to do any changes/update to the Privacy Policy content without any prior notice to the clients.

Our company website applies appropriate security applications in order to prevent the leaking of client’s personal identification details from third parties, illegal disclosure and hackers. However, bear in mind that any information transmitted through the internet is NOT 100% guaranteed safe and secured.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are scheduled in advance and reserved exclusively for our clients. When a session is cancelled without adequate notice, we are unable to fill this time slot by offering it to somebody else. Because of this the full session fee will be charged when you miss or cancel an appointment without giving at least 48 hours advance notice. For cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the session, the fee paid can be used for a future appointment within 2 weeks.
